Very fun and addicting
This game is very fun. The music is just awesome, and the gameplay is just outstanding and the graphics, they are just incredible. Nothing like a good fast paced race to get that adrenaline pumping. It allows the player to create their own machines and emblems. The roster in this game is huge, which is good, and the tracks are well done. Its also amusing that you get a short movie for each of the characters after completing the Master difficulty with them. However, the story mode is incredibly difficult, at least for me, anyways. But other than that, its an incredible game, and is definitely one of the best looking games on the Gamecube.

Challenging, but great!
The fact that this is one of the most hardest games of all time, it's great for hardcore gamers! This game has 48 characters and 5 grand prix cups with 25 tracks. Most characters in the game you unlock with points you get from racing, some you get from beating one of the challenging parts of the game, story mode, but on hard. You gotta admit this game looks drop-dead gorgeous, heck it looks better than most Wii games today. This game has multiplayer which is a great addition to game. What makes this game so challenging is using the boost power (which is the risky ability you get after the second lap of each race) because it takes away some of your'e life power, luckily you can heal yourself by driving through pink lines of the track. The second hard part of the game is the tracks, it includes trying not to fall off and making large jumps that you need safely land on. The last hard thing bout the game is the story mode, it goes from escaping a collapsing building in time, to driving on a track with loads of landmines at high speeds, and to driving on a rainbow road-like course (a course without any ledges) at high speeds! Overall, this game is just amazing, even if you might throw your controller out the window if you fail at story mode. You can recommend this game to hardcore gamers for the challenge, for casual gamers, you can recommend it to them if they wanna speed through cities and crash cars.

This game is the most hardcore racing game ever.
Ah, F-Zero GX, how I used to own you and want to get you back...
This game can be easily said in one word. Brutal. In two, Absolutely Brutal. This game takes F-Zero X's gameplay and amplifies it by a carp-ton! (Not a typo, btw) The sheer amount of speed you can get in this game is enough reason to buy it, if not the sheer difficulty. Lemme break it down. The controls are perfect, however, it takes a while to control perfection, so you'll need some time to practice before being awesome.
Then there is that ONE point where you finally master the controls and just become the best racer ever. And don't even get me started on the customizable and creatable machines!

Possibly the greatest racing game on the gamecube
This is easily one of the greatest, and toughest games on the gamecube. This is the fastest racing game I've played, and the hardest. If you hit the wall or other racers enough times you'll run out of energy and explode. If that wasn't enough falling off the course once will cause you to explode and restart the race if you still have enough lives. You could also sacrifice some energy for an extra boost after the first lap adding more strategy to using speed boost. The difficulty in this game gives a huge adrenaline rush when playing the game like no other. There is also amazing music to listen to when playing the game. since the game is so hard, many people will never get very far in the game or unlcok anything since it seems impossible. This is still easily one of the best racing games ever. F-zero is one of the greatest racing franchises and I strongly recomend it to any hardcore racing fan.
