Underated game I personally think this is actually a good game, and don't understand why people seem to hate it so much. It's seems to be one of the few actually good racing games these days, that isn't a mario kart clone. The game is somewhat difficult, and not extremely easy to pick up and play for new players. All the extreme gear/boards you ride on, also have a limited air supply making things harder, since you have to perform tricks, ride turbulence, or stop at a pit stop to get more air.Although this provides more of a challenge, this makes the game harder and sometimes less enjoyable. When the extreme gear/board runs out of air, you must run to the closest pit stop to fill up on air. It makes you wonder why sonic runs so slow when he is finally on foot. You could also ride another player's turbulence, which is a trail someone leaves behind when they go fast enough, if you want to go faster and stock up some air. This however can be extremely cheap, as it is so frustrating holding a lead the entire lap, then having someone beat you last second because they rode your turbuence.The story mode of the game is too short, and has some later levels that are extremely difficult and frustrating. It's also disapointing that half the courses in this game are extremely similar to the other half of the courses, as the tracks are in the same location, and the obstacles are similar too. There is replay value to this game if your willing to play it again. The game could be fun to play with friends, but only if they've also played the game before, or you'll probably beat them pretty bad, without even trying that hard. The game however can be really fun to play if you can get over all these flaws. 12/2/11
