Currently EBGames.ca processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

EBGames.ca does not ship nor make deliveries on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.

Will my order be taxed?
All orders will be taxable according to the provincial tax codes of the address to which they are delivered.

Will there be duties on product that I order from EBGames.ca?
No. Because EBGames.ca ships from within Canada, you will not be required to pay additional duties or tariffs on items that you purchase.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
EBGames.ca does deliver to Canadian PO Boxes. Orders shipped to PO Boxes must be shipped using our PO Box service, and cannot be shipped Express.

Do you deliver internationally?
EBGames.ca will only ship orders within the country of Canada.

Ship-To Prohibitions
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. EBGames.ca will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
