Placing an Order Return to Help Center

Find the product you would like to buy by searching or browsing EBGames.ca. When browsing, note you can view products organized by multiple platforms, such as Xbox 360 or PS3, and by category, such as Action or Sports. After you find the product you want, click on the "Add To Cart" button. This will add the product to your "Shopping Cart" and show you the contents of your cart. From your "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the online order forms.

Complete each of the order forms including shipping address, billing address and payment information. Be sure to print a copy of the order confirmation page as your receipt.
