The Secret World
Refreshingly New and Engaging
The game is unquestionably something finally different in the MMO space. New setting (not Yet Another Fantasy Game), new game dynamic, even a new crafting system. There are indeed the usual array of launch bugs, which no MMO has been without (as frustrating a statement as that is), but they have been overall relatively minor and annoyance oriented as opposed to game destroying. TSW is a thinking man/woman's MMO and is long overdue in arriving! I recommend it wholeheartedly.
I myself have a good graphic card ( ATI 6990 ) and I'm able to max out the graphics and it is very beautiful , the ambiance is just amazingly deep and dark, the quests are nice, no need to go kill 7 monsters to bring back there ears while some of them doesn't drop any , you got instead very good quality quests and a very good and detailed story in a huge world, you have 500 spell and abilities to discover then try every mix to chose the one you like more and which one work the best with some type of creature or in pvp , you can save your build and switch to another instantly to kill your enemies more efficiently. No gear except your weapons, you can dress your character like you want , that is pretty cool because every player can have there style and way to use there skill to be the best, it creates a feelings of being more unique and i think that every mmorpg players wants that, its not like other mmo like WoW where every one can have the same gears as you. Well i could wright a lot more good things about this games but I'd rather go play now ! I will let you guys explore that games that i highly recommend, some player will find this a good opportunity to upgrade there graphic card because when you will have the rig , you will find that game amazing !
Good Game but...
This is a good game but the major problem is that you need to use a high end graphics card, which means you need to shell out more money to play the game. Funcom could have dummied the graphics down a bit to allow a person to play but they chose to work with nVidia in doing a cash grab on the consumer.
Really Intriguing Looking MMO
The Secret World looks like it will be a very intriguing MMORPG to play. With the lack of a class system and traditional leveling, as well as a conspiracy laced storyline, this could be one of the few non-handheld games I pick up this summer.
