this is sony best but you can't play on psn to xbox live so if you are look to play on psn to xbox live i will buy a xbox but the ps3 is the best of the wii and the xbox

great ps3 or not?
i got a new refurbished ps3 for christmas and i was starting to like it, untill i found problems with it. first of all, the ps3 is slower than usual. iv been to my friends house one day and had a ps3 slim and was incredibly fast. second, the charging cord, when it i pluged in the ps3 to the controller it does not charge but luckely my mom has a cord similar to it. and finaly, when i was done playing my ps3, the ps3 keeps turning on after 5 minutes or so. i am luckey my mom bought a warenty so today we are bringing it back for a new refurbished ps3. overal it is still a good ps3, all i have to do right after im done playing i just have to put the power plug.

Good, but knock-off controller included
PS3 was in excellent condition and works perfectly, great price for $150. Unfortunately, the controller included was a knock-off, and not a sony official controller. The controller came with a wireless adapter that looked very ugly when connected to the PS3, and further to that the controller did not hold a charge--it had to be connected to the usb cord at all times! Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the controller, but I easily switched it out at an EBGames store with a real Sony controller.

very brilliant system by sony but poor controller
I would start by saying excellent gaming system produced by Sony but my only request for PlayStation is to make the Controller make relaxing. By that I mean for example if your playing any game type and use the L1 or L2 your hands will slip very easily and your hand will hurt very easily but you can fix that by using tape on your back trigger buttons, And a funny fact is that the Slim Ps3 has 42% LESS power than the original Ps3 so if you live with your someone the electric bill will become less money.So overall Very brilliant System by Sony but poor Controller and the solution will help increasingly. Hope that help you gamers out there
