PS3 1st Gen Model
For the price it is it's probably worth it. You get fully hardware backwards compatibility with PS1/PS2 games, standard BluRay player and access to all current and future PS3 titles and Add-ons.
However, Gamestop has an incorrect listing on certain features of this PS3 model. Built-in Wifi is actually NOT INCLUDED. Ethernet is always an option, or if you're tech savy, can use a wireless bridge to plug in via ethernet.
Also, this model came with a SixAxis controller, NOT Dualshock. SixAxis controllers do not have rumble capacity in them.
If you can find one of these bad boys you should definitely jump for it!

good buy
all PS3 systems have built in wi-fi, so please do some research before making any recommendation. 1st generation systems (which I also have) just work as good as the new ones. If you wanna grab a PS3 for cheaper price you should get the 1st generation systems.

This particular model
Is a 1st generation, one of the very first released back in 2006, and it wasn't a successful one, So they are rare. However the reason for the cheaper price which Gamestop SHOULD mention is that the 20GB models do not have build in Wi-FI, so their is no wireless internet, however their is a LAN Connection for those who are not bothered by lack of wi-fi. This model does have Full PS1/PS2 playback, so it's still a good buy for those who rn't bothered by lack of Wi-FI. May actually be worth a little more then it's price tag because of the rarity and full backwards comptability, however this one is also of course used so the price is correct. Like all ps3 models this one does receive every Firmware update from sony, it may have 2 USB ports or 4 it depends, shouldn't be a big deal as all consoles can use up to 8 Wireless controllers.
