Another decent AC for fans, 8/10
Assassin's creed Revelation is generally quite similar to its predecessor, Brotherhood and AC2. The gameplay will be very familiar to most AC fans and the feel should satisfy most fan's expectations. The storyline is good enough and should prove entertaining to most, essentially it gives a continuation of the story already established by previous installments.
As for the multiplayer, this segment of the game is also very similar to the one found in Brotherhood and experienced players should have no problem adapting themselves to Revelation's multiplayer.
I'd mostly recommend AC: Revelation to the fans of this series desperate for more for Assassin's Creed while AC3 comes out.

A Solid Entry to the AC Series
The Assassin's Creed series has been known for solid gameplay, great soundtracks, and a deep story. AC:R has everything but a deep story. The story is short and doesn't cover much. If you expect to see some insight on Desmond you won't find it here, but you will find out more about Ezio and a tad bit about Altair.
The online is improved this time around, and a common problem (matchmaking) has been fixed. New game modes are introduced and they add a good amount of variety.
The soundtrack is one of the weaker AC soundtracks. It still does its job though and I thought it was solid.

One of the best
This game had great graphics, the multiplayer is really fun to play, probably one of the best in any game. There are critics that have said this game could be one of the worst, but they're wrong. The story throughout all assassins creed games is very good and gameplay is simple but fun. The world is also very nice to explore. For everyone who was getting tired of playing Ezio's story, let me tell you that this was a sort of side project for ubisoft (they were working on ac 3 in the background) and the games with ezio were necessary, which i discovered after playing this game. I'm very excited for ac 3 and would recommend to anyone into action and open world games. this is a must play in the series!

A masterpiece
The graphics are stunning. The story line is deep. The new additions to the already smooth flowing movement system is very well integrated. The multiplayer is an admirable feat just by itself, since I would never have thought that anyone could turn this epic singleplayer game into a multiplayer game. Not to mention the fact that there are multiple game modes. So in conclusion, I would say that this amazing game is definitely worth it's cost. In fact, I think that AC: Revelations is better than MW3 and Battlefield 3 COMBINED

Bit of a disappointment
First let me say that I am a huge fan to the series and have been from the beginning. To begin I am not much of a graphics or sound pro but i have to say that the cities sound real and the graphic detail is very impressive which is a given for the assassins creed series. The story although somewhat off is interesting and necessary for those who love the series. Now for the gameplay. I have to say when i first played it i didnt realize much but after replaying those before i have to say Ubisoft took a few steps back. First the faction mission have been virtually erased which considering the faction missions pretty much doubled the gameplay in AC Brotherhood really really disappointed me. Also your kind of thrown into the game without any introdction to faction leaders or that there ven there. Revelations also have a TON of glitxhes. I dont understand why there are the same glitches as in ACII years ago! Overall Good game but could be so much better if Ubisoft had just take 6 more months and given us a true quality game. It was a mistake to set a set in stone end date especially one so soon.

Assassins Deed?
where do I begin? The game starts with you on a marvelous gallion sailing across a ravaged sea. The graphics at this point are breath taking. But thats where the good ends and the bad begins. There is a slow fade to black then you are on a beach covered with sand a nd blood. I am confused with this because at no point later in the story you find out what happened. Now for the sound, this game has a great soundtrack of epic 8 bit music absolutly full of beeps and bops. One of my favorite moments was when altier lagged into the wall and I threw the controller at my window costing me abou $700 in damage. I was also arrested for desturbing the public. After spending a night in this cell I resumed playing the game but found out that the system overheated and I had to get a new one. But I did enjoy reading the booklet. This is a good game.
