Great product, however... overall in general good product. clear input and output sound, however... the plastic is very cheap, that was the first to go and was within 2 weeks. I had to duct tape it back together because it's very weak at the extension point. 2nd thing to go was the very thin and very cheaply soldered wires inside the ear piece. I opened it up and re-soldered it. it breaks from too much movement in the microphone going up and down, normal wear and tear. it broke 5 times before i had to throw it out because the wires got too short from fixing it, you can still hear your friends but they can't hear you unless you open it up and fix it yourself. the wires are very thin and the soldering is very cheap, almost like they want you to break it so you go and buy another one... i suggest to everyone to open it up and re-solder it, black to white, red to green, for the mic when it breaks. Overall I really liked this producted, wished it was more sturdy. for $25 it's ok as long as you know how to fix things yourself when they go hay-wire, take advantage of any warranties if it applies. the third but minor thing that "went" on it was sometimes when you press the mute button... it didn't mute, make sure that red light comes on before you start cussing people out when you think you're muted. LOL 1/28/13
