Just Dance 3
Do yourself a favor.
We all love the whole get up and exercise franchise that's been going around these Wii games ever since the system came out. Just Dance was an interesting game because it was new and no one had really seen something like it before. I personally had purchased this game just to get me and my family together. But now that Just Dance 2 and Just Dance 3 had come, the whole idea is getting old and in my eyes, is just a weak attempt at making more money. The graphics still have that classic Just Dance feel, which I never liked in the first place. It's all too distracting and disorienting with all the colors flashing everywhere and seems like they're trying to show off the actors more than telling you what moves they're trying to tell you to do at the bottom of the screen. The music is great. It's all those party songs that are always playing at school dances. The one problem with that s, the songs are outdated by at least a year or two. There are no songs that have any curse words or any sort of offensive language, as the developers tried to make it friendly enough for kids to play, which is understandable, but that just gets rid of many great songs. Game play. At first I thought it was just me not getting the moves right, but I do break dance and I realized that as amazing as the Wii Remote is, it gets really buggy when you're swinging the remote from side to side and it doesn't read your moves correctly, giving you a bad score, which is irritating and takes away from the game. Overall, this game could be fun. If you rented it. It doesn't give you much of a feeling of accomplishment if you did do good because that just means you got really lucky with the remote. The graphics take away from the game, the music is all outdated and even when you can buy new songs they're already outdated. But if you are a big fan of this kind of thing, please just do yourself a favor and rent it instead of buying. The appeal won't last long and this game makes me wish I was just listening to music and dancing with my buddies or family without any game systems running. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you have fun with any other game than this.
It will bw a great game for people who like to dance
Wow a third! Awesome!
I couldn't believe it.. Was watching the E3 on G4 and saw this advertised and got excited! surfed the web and saw a few songs listed and the new features the game will have... I must say I am pretty excited about it...
I am the owner of Just Dance and Just Dance 2 so of course I immidately put this on pre-order with over night shipping!!
I am still sweating it up to Just Sweat mode though... I am so pleased and the fact that you can add on with the songs on the online store makes the game that much more fun and better... I have purchased about 10 songs from the store already.. You never get tired of the game when you can add and buy new songs..
My fav feature in this game is going to be the new Just Sweat feature! October seems sooo far away though!
Me and hubby is very excited we are VERY competitve with each other and trying to out do each other and taking high scores away from each other!
