Xbox 360 Wireless Headset X41
Great product not cost effective
The headset is a great headset besides of course the millions of AAA batteries I go through. If you get yourself a couple good sets of rechargeables and rotate it works out well. As the previous reviewer posted, it does crackle; mostly when the batteries are low or you are too far From the base. One problem I do have with it is that it interferes with my wifi signal within my xbox. I have to have the base turned off then sign in to Xbox live or hook up to network, then turn on headset base. That's the biggest complaint I have. Even if you leave it idle it will eventually kick you out of Xbox live and you'll have to test your network etc. my base isn't even really that close to my xbox. Other than that, great sound. I wouldn't trade them for the world. They are great for women or kids o people with smaller ears though; the ear pieces themselves are smaller and round not like other turtle beach which are ovalish.
These things are amazing, yet they kinda suck,. I don't know if it like this for everyone else, but when I use mine and the batteries die, they make this loud irritating POP. And they is alot of static noise that you will notice. But it has amazing sound compared to the x31's and under. Big downside is it runs on AAA batteries, Which dies quickly. They are lightweight, comfortable. If you know someone who has these ask them if you can try it. Some people are a wired headset guy, some are more wireless. But heads up. This isn't completely wireless, The chat cable that plugs into your xbox controller.
