well I had just bought fable 2 and i loved i'm not so sure why people like fable 1 more than fable 2.Fable 1's graphics stunk and it ended very fast. Now fable 3 on the other hand very good. in fable 2 i had bought the castle and became king but it wasn't that great you get to do 1 quest and get a drink that turns you from a boy to a girl or the other way around nothing else you get to meet the butler once but then never again. but in fable 3 you get to become king and rule all of albion and make decisions on things like putting up taxes or choosing if you'd rather have a school or brothel. All though it takes long to become king its totally worth it because its lots of fun.
Not The Best
I played the past two fable games and fable 3 is not the best out of the three fable series. The game play is still normal with some new controls, to people who have played fable before, but to those people who haven't played fable and decide to play fable 3 the controls are easy to get used to I have friends that are new and got used to the game play. The campaign is really what I haven't been hoping for, It was to easy and short. Once you beaten the game and you are king, you have to decide on judgment and decide what to do. that is one of the hardest parts in the game so you really have to think and not rush on your decision. The graphics are good including the sound but there are some glitches in the game that I notice while playing. If your planning to get Fable 3 wait till the price drops, its not worth spending $69.99. But if you cannot wait then go buy it or rent it, at least your saving money. I recommend to buy Fable 2 also in my opinion its more better than Fable 3.
not too bad.
I'm a great fan of all the fable games, fable 3 is great in its own ways. the graphics are better than the first two, the story line is pretty unique, and the new locations have they're own personalities. the only two down sides i have of fable three is that some of the texts you come across in the game are pretty small and thats nothing serious, but i found myself squinting fairly often. other than that the only other problem i had with it, is the game ended way too fast. this isn't new to fable, the first two ended in a few days of playing as well. i was hoping they would have changed this but i guess i was wrong... theres still a lot of content to explore when you finish he story line but i like having quests to do and people directing me somewhere every-once and a while. i love this game, and anyone who liked either of the first ones should defiantly run out and buy it.
I've played all the Fable games, Including TLC of the original. I hope they bring back some of the classic gameplay from the original, the 2nd one was kinda cheesie.... To bad they are sold out of the Limited Edition at my local stores, guess I'll be calling day off to find any cancellations lol. Don't really care about the coin and such, but the extra quest would be nice
good over all
They had a tough time trying to make a game better than fable 2, Good overall though. The interaction with NPCs? bad compared to fable 2 and...really bad compared to everything else. I found I could play it over again quite sometimes before I got bored. The last parts kinda hard though to get enough *spoiler* before the time limit runs out.
This game was a step down from the first Fable. Definitely not worth $69.99. I'm thankful I had trade-ins for this, though I still feel a little ripped off. The game felt incomplete, and it was just really lame. I recommend you get Fable 1 or 2 before this one.
fable 3 iz teh awsom-o-possom sauce
this game will be awsome and if u don't agree then u are a BK Scrany-Randy.
I love this game, I found it fun and couldn't stop playing it when I first bought it... I found there was a lot of stuff that the game could of had as extra, because it was not very long.
A lot of people are saying that this game is nothing like Fable I or Fable II. But, in all reality, this game is far better for the action adventure genre. There are a few glitches here and there, but it's easily looked over after a fantastic play through of mixed styles of combat, and the RPG aspect. I'm very happy about this game that I even played through it eight to ten times. I recommend this for anything that enjoys an amazing adventure that you can even play with a friend over Xbox Live or on the same screen (which is much better than Fable II).
Fable Franchise is loosing it's game.
This game is very boring and is an horrible excuse for a fable game. The original fable was an amazing game a true RPG game you could do what ever you wanted to, you could do side missions explore and exterminate villages and the game never stopped with excitement for the gamer and then the OVERKILL came out which was Fable: The Lost Chapters which is the best Fable to ever come out. Fable the Lost Chapters was an updated version of Fable which added more Quests and allowed you to quest after you beat the game as in the original game the guild was destroyed and wasn't to be rebuilt and in this version it was and added the avos tear for the good players so you didn't have to kill you're sister to get the best sword in the game which you're sister is known as Teressa in Fable 2 and Fable 3 . Also you got to fight Jack Of blades again in an epic battle. This is why Fable 3 is a horrible excuse to be part of the Fable Franchise. Now lets get onto Fable 2, Fable 2 was also a good game but still not comparable to its prequel as most of the time you couldn't roam around as you are required to follow along with the quest line but with the great new additions and expansion packs to the game it did make up for some of it's faults, now lets get to its predecessor Fable 3. Fable 3 you start off as the Kings son, "once you beat fable 2 you became the King of Albion" and you're brother who becomes king is a horrible man who's making his kingdom suffer. Eventually you escape from the castle and go on a long quest-line to build up an alliance to help take you're brother down and let you become king. Basically with that gist that's what the whole game game is about and it gets boring as you are basically forced to follow the main quest line and not have any fun with side quests and adventures etc. With saying that the game is way to easy and takes about 7-10hours to beat the game depending on the gamer. This game was not worth the 79dollars including taxes, I suggest for you to pick up a copy of Fable: The Lost Chapters which will play on you're 360 perfectly fine and if anything pick up Fable 2 and save the money instead of buying Fable 3. Sorry for the long paragraph but I hope this helps :P
