Important information about holiday deliveries primarily uses Purolator for shipments across Canada. Purolator is currently experiencing a 1-2 day delivery delay, which could impact the delivery timeframe for your holiday order(s). To ensure you receive your package on time, please consider ordering before Dec 10, 2018. If you’re unable to order prior to this date don't worry! We offer a 1-2 business day Express Shipping option through Purolator. Placing your order with our Express Shipping option by Dec 14, 2018 will guarantee delivery by Dec 24, 2018.

A very small number of our orders shipping to PO boxes and remote areas in Canada are shipped with Canada Post. At this time, Canada Post has indicated they’re experiencing shipping delays due to an unprecedented backlog of orders. If you have placed an order recently at and received a tracking number from Canada Post, please visit Canada Post Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number for updates on the delivery status of your order. If you’re placing a new order at and live in a rural area (only serviceable by Canada Post) or require shipment to a PO box, please note that your order may arrive after Dec 24, 2018. If you require your order prior to then, please consider the following options:

   • Ship to an alternate address that is outside of a rural area
   • Hold online, pick-up in store - Select the "In a Hurry? Pick-Up In Store" button next to the product you'd like to purchase, and reserve your item for pick-up free of charge at one of our stores across Canada

Please also note that processing of orders placed between Dec 24, 2018 and Jan 1, 2019 will require up 5 business days.

Pre-ordering products for in-store pickup is fast and easy. First, ensure you’re logged in on, and simply add eligible pre-orders to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. In your shopping cart, click on the "Pre-order online & pickup in-store" button to continue. A $5 deposit is required to ensure your product is reserved for you in-store. Please be aware that regular in-stock merchandise are not eligible for pickup in-store.

You’ll need to select an EB Games store where you’ll pickup your order. You can do this by using the map feature at the checkout and searching by city, store address, or postal code. Once your order is placed, you cannot change your selected store. You will receive an order confirmation by email and a call from the store once your product arrives. At that time, you’ll be required to pay the balance of your order at the store.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please visit the store that you directed the order to. An associate will be more than glad to assist you with the refund.

Please note that your order details will not be visible to the associates at your pick-up location immediately. Details will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

All orders for Digital products are manually checked by our team prior to approval. If your order is placed outside of normal office hours (Monday to Friday), this may delay processing of your order.
